***Scavenger hunt-Final finds*

Well this is the end..Misi's last request for her Scavenger Hunt was to find furbabies or flowers. I chose to do furbabies for mine!

This is my sweet baby girl, Sable. She is an Alaskan Malamute and a big baby. She follows me everywhere.

My other furbabies are not your typical furbabies, but none the less they are part of the family.

This is my teddybear hamster, Snickers. He came home with me one day while at our local petstore cause I had to have him!!!!


And these two boys are the gerbils, Chippie and Digger. This is why I was at the petstore to buy food for them. And ended up coming home withe hamsters!!!

Hubby says no more pets and he's right. These little guys are more work than the dog.

I didn't have any of these items, but I was able to use my Bath & Body Works gift card from Christmas!!! Wooo Hooo!


I had so much fun searching for Misi's items. And they were having a sale buy 3 get 3 free! Jackpot!!! I even grabbed a few hand sanitizers for Izzy's Easter basket.

Here's my second half of the list. My all time favorite Christmas movie. It's tradition to watch it after we finish Thanksgiving dinner and put up the tree to have Christmas Vacation on.

Tuesday Display Chain *Re-do*

Really wasn't going to post this little re-do after seeing everyone else's, but thought ahhhh...why not.
Here it is...


Got this little metal plate at the thrift store and it was the right size I needed for my shelf. I didn't like the color of it so I thought why not give it a coat of paint to make it look like pewter.

Put in its new home. I like how it turned out and it only cost me $1.50 for the plate and the cost of the paint. Woo hoo gotta love a bargain makeover.

I picked them both up at Walmart
If anyone uses these on something Please post and let me know.
I am always looking for things to paint
Thought about trying these out on a picture frame.

Thrifting finds

What a beautiful day it was here in Central Pa on Saturday. The sun shined most of the day so after dropping of son at Karate, Izzy and I went thrifting. I found this cool Paul Revere wall hanging. He hasn't found an official home yet but I'm sure I will find one.

Another find was this little candle snuffer for 80 cents. I had one of these before but some how it has been misplaced or it went out with the yard sale stuff. Sometimes that happens around here.

I did buy one other thing but I'm saving it for Misi's Tuesday display chain. It's a redo. She must have read my mind. So I'm all set for Tuesday.
